I received a sincere determination to get my car in good working order. It was made clear to me what my problems were and what was needed to correct them. After agreeing to leave my car for several days for repairs, I was given a BIG SUV for my use. On pick-up day, it was explaned to me all that was done, according to our agreement, as well as about another problem that was not too serious now, but could be later. We agreed that I would wait until later to see about that one. After paying the bill, a very friendly service person showed me to my car. All in all, a very good experience.
