I had such a pleasant experience with Hoover Toyota and was blown away by the customer service they provided. I never felt pressured to buy a car from them and when the time came to purchase a car, the process was super smooth and easy. Took a 2016 Camry in for routine maintenance. Dustin Parker performed a thorough examination of the under-car wear parts and provided a video of the inspection showing all measurements of brake pads, tire wear, etc. He explained that the tires and brakes were still above minimums , showing the gauge measurements in the video. He also informed me of a monthly special on future services that is a great value ! Definitely taking this car back to Dustin for future services.
